What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- The location of the job and any details you choose to give us about the work.
- Nothing else. This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, price the work and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the job. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, once you accept a quote, performance of a contract with you.
Who else sees it
Enquiries submitted through the form on this site are delivered by Formspree, a form-handling service based in the United States, and arrive in an Outlook email account. Both process the information on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Customer records where work was carried out: six years, to meet HMRC record-keeping requirements.
